Terms & Conditions

Kindly arrive 15min prior to your scheduled treatment time, as this allow you to have a cup of coffee and fill out your client record card and this also allows your therapist to give you full treatment time for a effective relaxing treatment.

In case of late arrival , your treatment time will be reduced and the full rate will apply.

We require 24 hours notice for any cancellation. If you have not cancelled your appointment within the required time or just did not show up for your appointment you will be held liable for a full payment for the appointment you booked.

Sorry no cheques accepted, but cash, bebit and credit cards are welcome.

A 50% deposit is required when booking a spa package with treatment time is longer than 1 hour or group booking with more that 1 person.

Please bring appropriate swimwear for all water treatments like Rasul Chamber, Floatation Pool and Hydro Jet Spa Bath. Also bring flip flops or open shoes for Pedicure.

Please respect all our guests right to privacy, therefore ensure all mobile phones are switched off at all times when entering the spa.

A Locker is provided by the spa for each client with a key to put valuables in for safe keeping. Managemnet and staff are not liable for lost, stolen or damage valuables, as well as cash or personal items, while making use of the Spa.

Sunday 9am – 3pm
